The Ministry of Displacement and Migration, rejected the policy of some European countries to deport Iraqis forcibly, calling on those States to retreat from these decisions.
A statement from the National Center for media spokesman Karim Saidi in the ministry, saying that "the governments of Sweden, the Netherlands, Norway, which were previously among the most Governments welcomed the Iraqi refugees, sought today to deport Iraqis who can not prove that their lives would be at risk on their return."
Saadi said, that the causes, which called for the governments of those States to change their policy towards Iraqis, is the return of security and stability to the country, quite enough to allow those who do not face real threats returning to their homes. He pointed to the need of organizing the return of Iraqis, through the formation of joint committees to work on method of voluntary returning adopted by the ministry.
